Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing the drafting of official documents and correspondence related to the company's administrative functions, including plans, reports, summaries, requests, and notifications.
2. Forward various official documents and submit proposed handling opinions for review by higher-level leadership;
3. Responsible for organizing and scheduling administrative meetings and meetings of the General Manager's Office, preparing meeting minutes and resolutions, monitoring the implementation status across departments, and promptly gathering and relaying relevant information.
4. Assist senior leaders in coordinating relationships among the company's various departments;
5. Review all official documents issued in the company's name and submit them to the General Manager for approval and signature.
6. Assist senior leaders in hosting important VIPs and maintaining positive public relations with people from all sectors of society;
7. Responsible for receiving and handling correspondence and visitor inquiries;
8. Implement the General Manager's instructions and bear significant responsibility for the company's overall safety.
9. Lead and supervise subordinates in effectively carrying out security and protection tasks, ensuring the absolute safety of the company’s people, assets, and property.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by higher-level management.

Job requirements:
1. Gender: Female; Place of Origin: No restrictions; Age: 18–30 years old;
2. Education: Secondary vocational (or technical) school diploma or higher;
3. Familiar with and proficient in tea-serving techniques; willing to follow instructions from supervisors.
4. Possesses excellent personal style and demeanor—graceful, dignified, and warm-hearted with an outgoing personality;
5. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, and demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
6. Enthusiastic about tea culture; prior work experience and a certified Tea Master qualification are preferred.
