The State Veterans Affairs Bureau, in collaboration with the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bureau, conducted agricultural technology training at Pu'an Hong Group.
At the training session, the speaker drew on years of tea-growing experience to systematically explain key techniques for spring茶园 management, including tea tree pruning methods, soil management and fertilization practices, as well as strategies for identifying and controlling pests and diseases. Special attention was given to several major pests commonly found in Pu'an County's tea gardens, with a detailed overview of scientifically sound prevention and control measures. The speaker also emphasized the critical role of green pest management techniques in enhancing the quality of tea products.

During the training, participants also visited the Pu'an Hong Group Tea Culture Exhibition Center, where they gained a detailed understanding of Pu'an's tea industry—including its historical development, brand-building efforts, industry scale, economic benefits, as well as insights into the company’s production and operational status, tea garden management practices, and the harvesting and sales of fresh tea leaves.
This technical training coincided with the critical period for managing spring tea, offering precise and practical guidance on green pest and disease control measures. Not only did it address real-world challenges in tea garden production, but it also laid a solid foundation for improving tea quality and reducing production costs. Moving forward, the State Veterans Affairs Bureau and the State Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau will further empower veterans to contribute actively to rural economic development, providing robust human resources support that will drive the sustained, healthy growth of rural economies and inject fresh momentum and vitality into the comprehensive revitalization of Qiandongnan Prefecture's countryside.
