Lu Shaojiang, a dedicated pioneer of the Pu'an tea industry, draws inspiration from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s integrated “Three Teas” philosophy, transforming lush green landscapes and pristine waters into thriving economic opportunities—turning “lucid waters and lush mountains” into “mountains of gold and silver”—all while steadily advancing the path of tea-region development with his own footsteps. Guided by his mission to promote Guizhou’s renowned teas, he has spread the exquisite aroma of “Pu'an Red” far and wide. With industrial revitalization as his artistic brush, he’s meticulously crafting a vision of shared prosperity across Pu'an’s vast 183,000-mu tea hills. And underpinned by an unwavering commitment to ecological sustainability, he’s bringing to life the practical application of the “Two Mountains” theory in this vibrant tea-growing region.
In 2024, Luo Shaojiang served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Guizhou Puan Black Tea Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. He leveraged the "red thread" of Party building to drive the green development of Puan's tea industry, crafting a new chapter in the rural revitalization story defined by values such as "dedication to one's post, striving for excellence, working hard despite adversity, embracing innovation, remaining humble about fame and fortune, and willingly giving back to society."
